Thommie Taps are handcrafted by a Master Shoemaker. They are not assembled in a factory. Because of this luxury, and because our shoemakers are in such high demand, there is a waiting period for your THOMMIES! While it does normally take 8-12 weeks for delivery, wait times do vary due to demand. Once you have placed your order, please be patient. You may email HERE for updates if you wish. However, you will receive a response asking for your patience.

When ordering your custom handmade Thommie Taps, the most important thing you can do is take excellent measurements of your feet! Download the sizing chart by clicking on the link at the bottom to the form on the right, follow the instructions given on the sizing form and be sure to let us know if you would like growing room. Your Thommie Taps will only fit as good as the measurements you take and remember... once you have submitted your order and payment has been made, there are no returns or exchanges and you will be the proud owner of a pair of Thommie Taps!
Once payment has been received along with the completed form and additional trace outlines of both feet, you will receive a confirmation. At that point your first pair of Thommie Taps will go into production and you will received them at the shipping address you have provided in eight to twelve weeks. I know... "eight to twelve weeks, are you kidding me?" It turns out when a master shoemaker creates a pair of custom crafted Thommie Taps from scratch, it does not run through an assembly line it actually takes time.
